Highly recommended place for a cheap price

The hotel staff to the condition of the rooms to the food, everything is comfortable. The staff are nice and friendly. 10 stars for the all-smiling staff of House of Tuding. The rooms are clean, comfortable with good ventilation, hot water is also consistent. The wifi speed is also very good, hence, hence the hotel is ideal for work travels. The breakfast is good.

Clean place and very near to everything drugstore, Fastfoods, Peoples park, City hall & Bankerohan

The yogart and the coffee. Very accomodating of the staff and friendly too.

Oriental breakfast should be included in the meal not just yogart and coffee only.

Short and disappointing based on the reviews. Won’t trust reviews so much in the future.

This place was rated one of the top 6 places on a referring site - it should be more like #60. There were holes in bottom and top sheets! They were close to falling apart. The blanket on the bed smelled. The only thing we liked was the price, but we left before the first night to go to a better place.

As above. The only time the staff cared about what we thought was when they found out we were leaving, then all of a sudden they wanted to please us. The taxi driver told us Bahay is primarily a liaison place for short term lovers.

„Tolle saubere Unterkunft mit sehr freundlichen Personal.

Das Hotel hat eine tolle Lage mitten im Zentrum von Davao. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gleich um die Ecke. Sehr freundliches Personal, dass immer gute Auskünfte gibt. Die Zimmer sind einfach eingerichtet aber sehr Sauber. Frühstück ist ok, gegen einen kleinen Aufpreis bekommt man auch Spiegel.-bzw. Rühreier mit oder ohne Speck.

Die Angebotenen Touren sind etwas überteuert. Wir haben die Tour nach Samal gebucht und waren Enttäuscht. Der Fahrer bzw. die Firma ist sehr unzuverlässig. Wir waren Mittagessen auf Samal und der Fahrer war verschwunden. Unsere Gruppe musste ihm fast 1 Stunde hinterher Telefonieren, biß er dann endlich einmal kam. Auch die in der Beschreibung angegebenen Ziele wurden nur teilweise Angefahren. Sämtliche Eintritspreise mussten wir bezahlen. Man kann sich alternativ, Angebote bei Taxifahrern machen lassen. Es gibt auch Travel Center in Davao.

Nachbar hat Hunde, die laufend die Nacht bellen, und die Klimaanlagen hört man auch von außen, obwohl ich meine die Nacht ausgestellt hatte.

「スタッフの対応が良かった。」

スタッフの対応が良かった。レストランのヨーグルトがとてもおいしかった。ロケーションがが町の中心でとても便利だった。大通りから30メートルくらい入ったところで静かに過ごせた。綺麗に改築した伝統的な建物といったかんじで、雰囲気が良い。

部屋とバスルームが少し狭かった。

朝食が良かった。スタッフの対応がとっても親切でした。場所は、大通りから少し入ったところで、落ち着いた感じでした。

夜、エアコンを付けたまま寝たのですが、作動音が大きめのタイプのもので結構響いていた。

ロケーション

トイレが壊れていたので、部屋を替えて欲しいと言うと、嘘か本当か全ての部屋が壊れているからチェンジ出来ないと言われた。その後、バケツとタブが用意されていた。朝食時もエアコンをつけてくれず、ゆっくりとした時間を取ることが出来なかった。細かい心配りが欠けていた。

Good location

I like the location of the property as this was near the Church, market, park and the night market

We asked for the room to be cleaned on our second day but when we returned, only the bed was made. Dust is still on the clothes hanger and the bathroom could use a bit of brushing too. Also on my booking they stated breakfast included so I was expecting a Filipino breakfast (rice and viand). Disappointed that they are charging 200 pesos for the Filipino breakfast and that they will only serve 3 slices of bread, with coffee and 1 slice of papaya as our breakfast. Should have included that on the booking that it is continental breakfast they serve as it is very misleading

Disgusting victim of deceitful advertising.

None at all.

It is an old house converted into a sort of RB&B. The facility is very run down. The faucet in the sink is broken, the shower is dirty, the beds are old and creaky, and the dining for breakfast is dilapitated. Besides, the towels are tattered. Further, the A/C in the triple room is located on the wall right above the single bed is so loud which makes it impossible for the person on the single to sleep. The breakfast consist only of coffee and yogurt. We did not eat and checked out from the hotel after one very uncomfortable night. The staff appears friendly and apologetic about the condition of the place. NOTE: The good reviews featured in the Booking.com are deceitful and fraudulent. As such, it is unfair to provide untruthful information about the House of Tuding. Very much disgusted.

The room was clean, with a working hot and cold shower and...

The room was clean, with a working hot and cold shower and it had fluffy pillows.

The room was rather small (though I already expected it). What bothered me was that the aircon might not have been cleaned recently and it frosted over. The air (and the room) was no longer cool, and I was unable to go back to sleep.

The bed is terrible.

The bed is terrible.The bed pad is made of thick sponge not a Mattress so the support force isn’t enough.The worst is the material whose under the bedspread is plastic cover ,everyone can image the feeling！！

Location - It is just in front of the Davao Cityhall

Location - It is just in front of the Davao Cityhall Friendly staffs - very friendly, and very helpful Affordable - It is cheap, with heater, aircon and comfortable bed.

Probably it would be better if they have provided some toothbrush & toothpaste but it is not really necessary because there are convenient stores outside. The breakfast meal is only bread and coffee which is different from the breakfast they have on the menu.

Good that everything was just a walking distance.Unfortunately, I had a very uncomfortable night.

It is so close to the government offices thus I don’t need to get up so early to travel. There are variety of food establishments , fast foods and restaurants. Pharmacies and banks are also within your reach. Very convenient.

No elevator. Most of the cab taxi know nothing about the place. Luckily I had an idea of its location otherwise we will be roaming around San Pedro street all night. Can’t lower the aircon temperature. The room is too hot for me!
